Young Living has an entire line of essential oils that are FDA approved for dietary usage! This line is called the Vitality line!

I want to share some of my favorite recipes with you using Vitality oils, but first, I want to answer a common question! People often ask "are the Vitality oils the same as the regular oils? Are Vitality Lavender and regular Lavender the same thing, or is there a difference?" To answer the question, the same thing is in both bottles! The only difference is the label!
