ESSENTIAL OIL ROLLER RECIPES
Rollers are a great way to use essential oils! Not only are you pre-diluting the oils for easy use, but it's also a great way to make them last longer!
All of these roller recipes below are for a 10ml roller bottle! You can alter them to fit whatever size that you have.

I specified below which carrier oil I prefer to use with each recipe, but you can use any of your choice.

BE HAPPY ROLLER
15 drops Joy + 15 drops Orange + top with carrier
Roll on the bottom of the feet, wrists, and behind
ears when you’re feeling down.
STRESS FREE ROLLER
10 drops Stress Away + 10 drops Frankincense +
10 drops Lavender + top with carrier
Roll in the palm of your hands, rub hands together, cup over your nose, and inhale deeply several times. Roll on wrists and brainstem when you need to relax and destress.
HYPERACTIVE CHILD // CALM + FOCUS ROLLER

Roll on the brainstem and the bottom of the big toe
when calm and focus is needed.
